Information we collect
We collect your name, mobile phone number, time-clock punches, GPS location at clock-in and clock-out, and job-site photos and daily reports you submit through BLS Dispatch.
How we use it
We use this information for payroll, scheduling, job-site records, and work-related text messages (shift reminders, alerts, and tickets).
Text messages (SMS)
Text messaging: BLS Dispatch (BLS Building LLC) sends work text messages only to employees and crew members who check the unchecked opt-in box in the BLS time clock app. Messages are shift and clock-in reminders, break reminders, job-site alerts and T&M ticket notices. Message frequency varies (typically 1–5 messages per workday). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help or email blsbuildingllc@gmail.com. Consent is not a condition of employment.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
