BLS work text messages
BLS Building LLC (BLS Dispatch) sends work text messages to its employees and crew: shift and clock-in reminders, break reminders, job-site alerts and T&M ticket notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of employment. We never sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for marketing.

How you opt in
Only BLS Building LLC employees and crew members can receive these texts. Consent is collected one way only: in the BLS time clock app (app.blsbuilding.com/clock).
- The worker opens the BLS time clock app on their own phone and signs in with their mobile number and PIN.
- The app shows an unchecked box (shown below) with the full disclosure. Nothing is pre-checked.
- The worker checks the box only if they want texts. They can skip it and still use the app; consent is not a condition of employment.
- When they opt in we record the phone number, date and time, and the disclosure version.
